Coaxum’s Low Country Cuisine
Coaxum's Low Country Cuisine founder Harry Coaxum has been in the restaurant industry for over thirty years. Harry's long-time dream has been to return to his family's culinary roots to share the recipes and low country menu where he was born in South Carolina. The recipes are those of the Gullah community along with the wonderful West African food stylings, seasonings, ingredients and preparations that have long been a delight to people from far and wide.
Our newly renovated facility at Coaxum's Low Country Cuisine bolsters 6,500 square feet of premiere dining/kitchen space and is conveniently located off I-20 in Conyers, Georgia. Coaxum's Low Country Cuisine offers an exquisite dining experience as well as a spacious private dining room that can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests.

BOH & FOH Positions.
Take customer’s orders, serve food and beverages, and prepare itemized checks. Additional duties, which may include escorting guests to tables, setting up and clearing tables, or operating a cash register.
Provide timely performance of emergency and daily repair on restaurant equipment, building and property.
Keeps the kitchen staff supplied with clean dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Additional duties may include keeping the kitchen clean during a shift, takes out trash, cleans floors, etc.
Work under the direction of the chef to prepare the customer’s food. They may cut and grind meats, poultry, and seafood in preparation for cooking. They also clean, peel, and slice vegetables and fruits and make salads.
Prepare standard mixed drinks to suit a customer’s taste. Collect payment, clean up after customers leave, and often serve food to customers seated at the bar.
