CEO – Coaxum’s Low Country Cuisine founder Harry Coaxum has been in the restaurant industry for over thirtty years. Harry’s long-time dream has been to return to his family’s culinary roots and to share the recipes and low country milieu he grew up on in South Carolina. The recipes are those of the Gullah community along with the wonderful West African food styling, seasoning, ingredients and preparations that have long been a delight to people from far and wide.
